Things have been a little quiet on the blog recently, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been busy! The husband and I took advantage of my work conference in San Diego and tacked a vacation on after the knowledge drop was complete. And since no trip to San Diego would seem complete without a trip to the zoo, I’d love to share this little bit of wild with you guys!

It was well and truly worth the visit, the animals were more active than I have ever seen at a zoo! Grizzly bears playing, condors flying around… it was pretty mesmerizing.

The San Diego zoo is so amazing! When I went there as a kid, they had a two-headed corn snake (which I was fascinated by). Wonderful photos!
I think the reptile house is the only one we really breezed by and didn’t go in! That place is huge, and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had to consult a map so often!
